Yoga is a fully inclusive fitness class that absolutely everyone can do. You do not need to be flexible, thin, strong, or young to do yoga. We provide a range of yoga classes to suit every ability.

Meditation is breathwork and again takes on all shapes and sizes. You can meditate from as little as ten minutes a day. Meditation allows us to connect our mind, body and soul and creates better self-awareness of our emotions and the needs of our body. It calms, sooths, and helps quiet the mind, something that most of us in the modern world struggle to do.

It can create better mental clarity, help us focus better, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve our overall health.
